Hello. I have been doing Life Flow for just over one year - going slow - on track #2 now. When I started, I was in transition but had a clear intention of the direction I wanted to go in and I feel that Life Flow is a powerful tool that supported my intention to change and made it possible to follow through - change of job, closer relationships, and opportunities for ongoing growth and development - all of which happened!! What I value most now, is a deep-rooted sense of purpose.

I don’t meditate listening to the MP3’s as I found the sounds distracting - my preferred method is first thing in the morning, in bed with a cup of tea - just waking up slowly - I call it “simmering” However it kind of “primes” you to want to meditate and I now have a more regular sitting practice with greater depth and ease of experience.

This may not be correct, but the way I think about Life Flow is as a kind of “gym” for our brains and neurological systems which are incredibly stressed by so many aspects of our current time and culture. I think that it is a new technology that has emerged at this time because it is truly needed and I hope many more people are able to benefit as I have.

Thank you Michael and all the team - you have great customer support and business methods too.

    Hi Margaret,

I have completely missed reading your post until now and I am so pleased for your successes :)

I love your analogy of LifeFlow without meditation and I believe it's totally correct (the proof's in the pudding) Not everyone chooses to meditate and LifeFlow works in many ways because of the technology used to create it. This is a great example for people who want to make great changes but are not wanting to meditate

I wish you much success and happiness on your journey :) :) :)

    MargaretG,

You are absolutely right. You got the best part right. That's the sense of purpose. This is the mother of ultimate success of life without any regret.

I must add that although everybody doesn't want to meditate and parhaps it's not essential too. But deep relaxation or fractional relaxation is someting which is very tough to be replaced by anything else. Hope you enjoy a taste of that sometimes too.

    Wish you a finer life.
