Morning, Noon and Night

    Lately, I have been meditating 3 times a day at the following times:

    6am - when I first wake up; I switch my bedroom light on and then do 20 minutes of mantra meditation.

    12noon - before lunch; this is my one LifeFlow session of the day; I listen to it for 20 minutes while repeating my mantra.

    9pm - immediately before bed; I do mantra meditation in complete darkness, sat in a comfortable chair, for as long as I possibly can until I can no longer stay awake, then I crawl into bed and go to sleep.

    What do people think of that as a daily meditation routine?
