Hi Rose and welcome to the community :)

Meditation is going within, to the space in each of us that is peaceful, still and beneath the multitude of busy distracting thoughts. To rest in this place a little each day creates so many immediate and long term benefits.

This sanctuary and healing place is within each and every one of us, however in the hectic society we live in it seems long forgotten even though it is the most natural thing we can do to improve our emotional, spiritual and physical well being.

"Discover Meditation" has helped many, many people to enter the quiet within and you can download it from the top left of the community forum for free. Look forward to hearing how you progress and wish you much peace and joy :) :) :)

Tap the side of a bell

Hear the sound of the strike
Hear the full wave of echo
    Hear the sound of silence

How long is the silence before the next tap?

    Begin again

    and again

    Michael:)
