I remember several years ago reading something on the Holosync site about programs such as them and LifeFlow having the ability to help you raise your stress threshold so things dont bother or get to you as much. Is that true?

    Hi PookDo,

meditation allows supressed emotions to surface, giving you the opportunity to accept and observe the sensation. As you simply observe the sensation it usually begins to dissolve. It's important not to go with the story that your thoughts will try to get your attention with. Just calmly observe the sensation.

This is how I have released or let go of many supressed emotions and it is extremely freeing to let them go.

Hope this helps and wish you much peace and joy :) :) :)
