Listening to LifeFlow multiple times a day

    I started listening to LifeFlow along with my meditation practice. But it was a big too overwhelming for me. I have lot of stress and anxiety in my mind and body system and am pretty much unable to relax into it. So I decided to back off a bit and do no meditation while listening to the tracks. I decided to just let go and relax and go with the flow of the soothing music in the LifeFlow tracks. This has been helping me. My mind is a lot more quieter than usual. I had gone upto Level 8 along with meditation but level 8 was a but too much so I backed off to Level 10 and started using it only for relaxation.

    Now my question is this. Is it safe to listen to LifeFlow tracks multiple times a day ( say 3 -4 times a day) when using only for relaxation ? I feel just once is not enough. I feel like spending more time relaxing and listening to the tracks. Will there be any long term side effects of too much listening? I mean will this cause any kind of damage to the brain ?

    Please suggest !!

    I play Nirvana (40 Hz gamma track) all the time I am working at the computer, Classical Magic (7.83 Hz Schumann Resonance) on average once a day, various tracks for my daily meditation and my husband and I now play the new pre-sleep autogenics track to go to sleep to along with the morning gratitude wake up track (both of these incorporate 40 Hz gamma)

    I play all of the above quietly over speakers mostly (just my personal preference) and have enjoyed these for years :)

    I have only been listening to the deep relaxation pre-sleep track and the morning gratitude track for a couple of days still, already, I can see how invaluable these tracks will be.
