Wow, wow, wow!!! That's about all I can say. This is my second day using LifeFlow10 and I have a hard time describing my experience. Yesterday, I used it for the first time and I thought maybe my experience was just my imagination. I couldn't wait to do it again. So, today's meditation was even better. It is having a profound affect on my mind and body. I am soooo happy that I decided to do Project-Meditation. It is more than I had expected from any meditation session. Thank you so much Michael for sharing this with the world. You are helping people to change their lives.

    Wow! Again.

P.S. posted this in the wrong place first time. Excuse me if you are reading this again.

    Guided Meditation

    Hi Twinkletoes.

Yes, I was doing the guided meditation before I started the lifeflow and was having some vivid visualizations. They just didn't seem to last long enough---meaning I wished I could have stayed in some of those places for a bit longer. However, since I have been doing lifeflow(this will be my 3rd day)I have not done the guided meditation. So, has your experience been that Lifeflow actually enhances the guided meditation? I think I will try those again today and see what happens.

Thanks for your reply and I am happy to be here!:)

:D I actually think that finding this site has been a true blessing, having m.e/ cfs (chronic fatigue) had got me really down and even when i couldn't even walk my mind was in overdrive. I'd never been able to switch off and totally relax but I'm discovering how to and the more i do this the calmer and less tense i feel. I feel positive about my health returning and the future is so much brighter. i have recognised that nursing in the way i want to is not possible, by that i mean I'm the type of nurse that wants to spend time holding a patients hand when they have received bad news and just sit quietly and support without feeling like i'm being seen as doing nothing, supporting mentally and emotionally is as important as making sure they are having a wound managed correctly. A caring spirit and listening but truly hearing are vital but it is virtually impossible with the demands and lack of staff and it brought me to my knees. Often I'd get behind on paperwork in order to be able to take time with a patient and then have to ring a neighbour to watch for the children coming home and that I'd be home shortly as i still had write ups to do.
Being so ill and so low i googled meditation and here i am 3 weeks later knowing that I'm recovering, that I can still work and care for people but down a different avenue. ;)
This is down to learning to relax with the meditation and the calming of lifeflow and the guided meditations. I don't honestly know whether the lifeflow has enhanced the guided meditation though i suppose it has as I am able to relax now. One thing I am certain of is that I have become positive, as for a year i have been pretty much housebound thinking how debilitated I am and now i'm thinking "yes I am getting better and everything will be great"
The whole experience is amazing and for the rest of my life I will meditate daily and recognise that this is my me time and i deserve me time, it benefits me and it benefits those around me too. :p
Wishing you happiness with your meditation, keep us all posted. :):)

    I've been reading...

Hi Twinkletoes. I 've been reading some of the other posts in the community as I am new and want to get a sense of who everyone is. I now have a little more insight. I am so proud of you for finding new hope...it means that is what you were seeking. And here you will find some and I believe in many other areas of your life you will find more and more.

After reading your last reply to my post, I wanted to let you know first of all that you're exactly the kind of nurse most people need. Being that way with people is just as important for their health as the medical treatment.

While I can not be there with you physically, I am with you in other ways. and I am sending you warm comforting with my energy. I know things are going to get better for you as you can already see that happening now. And it only will continue.

I was reading the post from the Londonwriter and I know he is not alone in his thinking but, we must allow those people to have their opinions as well. But if it were not a fact that "thoughts become things" we would not be communicating our opinions to each other at this very moment. And how can one ignore the evidence of this.

As far as who or what God is, that's up to each individual to try to sort out for themselves. I keep my opinions on that one to myself because it causes so many arguments. But, when we meet someone who is like minded, words become unnecessary---because you just know. So, here's to you!;)

Also, I wanted to let you know that I am also using the Lifeflow for healing as well as LOA and in addition I am trying Chinese Traditional Medicine.
I am so hesitant to say anything about my medical conditions because I don't want to give any energy to it--only to the thankfulness of healing. But, for the sake of information I will share with you what is going on with me. I am 42, have Hep C and Rhuematiod Arthritis. Immune deficiency and stress has led to hair loss all over my body(Alopecia Totalis). Isn't this crazy--I am having the hardest time with losing my hair. Anywho--I am an ESL teacher and have been in China for a little over a year--the hair loss has occurred over the past several months. I read many things about Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM) which has been in practice for over 3000 years. They use plants, leaves, roots and herbs--all kinds of natural things to try to heal the body naturally. So, how convenient that I am in China and can go to the TCM hospital right here. I am going on my third week of treatment and I am feeling some relief but, am not recovering any hair.:( The doctors and my Chinese friends and students assure me that TCM works but, it takes time--not like the quick cure that we so expect with Western medicine. So, I am learning patience and I am using the meditation sessions, daily positive affirmations, LOA and anything else that will benefit my life and those around me. I really felt the benefits of meditation though immediately--so that was a quick fix in a way.

I have a lot of life to live and so do you. We may not have just hatched from the egg but, this should be a great period of our lives--right. We are in our 40's girl. It's like an age of rebirth for me and I hope it will be for you too.

My best thoughts and wishes to you! You are a great inspiration to us all!
    Yours, Gayla:D

:) Wow Gayla thanks for the kind words and thank you for sharing your story. All of us have sought out this site for our own reasons and we will all benefit from this wonderful place.
You are right about our western cocepts, we are driven and wanting things to happen yesterday My m.e has been there for many, many years but instead of listening to my body at the very beginning I pushed on doing everything and trying to be everything to prove i wasn't a failure until it totally floored me last April, doing the lifeflow, the guided meditations and watching the secret has made me realise that I was so negative " I can't brush my hair ,this pain is too much" where as now I'm thinking I will be getting in the car and driving the kids to the beach this summer, I can feel myself there already. I'm now in positive mindset and realising that we all need time out and that patience is a virtue. I have for many years wanted to do my reiki training, massage, aromatherapy and counsilling and I now know that that is my direction. I want to do this in my own time and at my own pace and it means that I will still be taking care of people, not surgically but in a greater and more holistic way. I want to continue with pain management especially within cancer care and I can see such a happy future.
Wishing you improving health and a bounty of happiness, feel free to mail me at yahoo mail I'm mysticunicorn08 :p

Yes. I've come to think of this site as a sanctuary for people that have maybe fallen on hard times to come amidst this peaceful place and learn the ways of peace and prosperity.
I can just imagine this site being a temple in the middle of a wooded grove with all of us living there, being enlightened by the knowledge of meditation and lifeflow. Its a nice image.
Also twinkletoes, I've always liked councelling. I love helping people! So if anyone has any problems then don't hesitate to contact me also at [email protected].
I have msn too with the same email address :)

Peace be with you. (i can't help thinking that this sounds too similar to "may the force be with you" from starwars :p)

We definately all need each other or we wouldn't be here right? How cosmic is it that I have a degree in psychology and you both want to help people and counsel them. We have many things in common. But, even sometimes the counselors need counseling---and there's nothing wrong with that. Right now I am in that "physican heal thyself" mode. I have also found that through one's own sometimes painful experiences you do help others.

Keep reaching out--Twinkeltoes and Divinitywolf--for as you give of yourself, you will also get back.
    Peace,
    Gayla;)

Yeah i was considering taking psychology at university but i settled on english as it suits my creative side.
Yeah i had good friends in the past that helped me through hard times so concellors certainly do need counselling sometimes.
    :)

    Peace be with you gayla.

    Hello,

I personally am using Lifeflow 10 while doing energy healing on myself, with methods such as the Zpoint Process (developed by Grant Connolly), Fast EFT with NLP (just Youtube it) and TAT (Tapas Accupressure Technique). I feel they work MUCH better while me listening to the Lifeflow 10 audio :)

I have yet to begin listening to it while meditating - I like the 'Ah' and the 'One minute' meditations by Dattatreya Siva Baba. I believe they can have a profound effect on us.

Anyway, enough of me, and more of you!

Hope I gave you some advice in what areas you can use Lifeflow besides meditation :)

    Cheers,
    Arkazor
