    Hello all,

    New to the forum and new to meditation. Thank you for having me though!

    I started meditating about 3-4 weeks ago. I am up to 10-20 mins twice daily which makes me happy. I do simple closed eyes focused on the breath meditation. I am a new teacher, having just graduated in December. I also just moved into a new house with my fiancé. Looking forward to learning new insights, getting advice, and hopefully helping others along the way.
