In need of motivation

    set goals

    Once I was a laid back person too.

    But I manage to break from this mould by setting
    a goal just outside my reach. Not that high, just
    enough so that I could step out a little bit out of
    my comfort zone.

    For example, being not a passionate reader, I found
    it hard to concentrate.

    So what I do is, I set a target to read like 5 pages
    a day and followed by 15 minutes of taking action
    from what I just learn by reading in the 5 pages.

    And slowly now I increase it to two chapters per day. :)

    one great way to motivate is to strongly condition your mind to succeed.

    Focus on what you WANT and keep focusing on it with a lot of passion and emotion. state your desires out loud for 3 minutes a day with a little volume.

    Also, focus in taking a warrior like attitude that says "Nothing can stop me from succeeding! I am committed to achieving this--NO matter what!"

    Keep focusing on the benefits that excite you the most around your desire and FEEL the deep pleasure of having your goal..keep FEELING that every day.
