I forgot to download LifeFlow6

    I saw a similar thread a little ways down the list, and the suggestion was to submit a support request. But here's the problem: I've done that TWICE—once in late November and once in mid-to-late December—and I've not gotten a response (other than one automated response the first time). I used the exact link from the earlier response and provided all of the relevant information. What should I do?

    That's odd as the online support has always been good for this site.
    I'm sure Pollyanna (the moderator) will see your post and contact support to chase up for you.

    I have sent a message to support staff alerting them of your post above. As it's Sunday, it may take until tomorrow.

    I would check the replies from support have not gone into spam or promotions because as Giles said, the support staff are well known for going the extra mile with all customers.

    I wonder whether it found it's way to your Spam Mail ??

    Thanks, Giles. Jodie did indeed contact me quickly. Fwiw, it seems that they did respond to my original request, but it's not clear what happened to it as it's not in any of my mail folders (including trash and junk). Oh well. It's all worked out now!

    Glad you've got it now Steve,
    The problem with some email systems is that they put stuff in spam/junk folders and then clear those out automatically after X number of days, so you could have just missed it without knowing.

    Forgot to download

    I am experiencing the same problem. I was on an extended trip to Africa and was unable to download Lifeflow 9 and 8 while there. Upon my return, when I tried the links in my mailbox, I was informed that they had expired. I opened a ticket to request for new links to be sent to me more than one week ago, but have received no response at all. Can someone help, please? If required, my order number is 5130689921. Thanks in advance.
