    Greeting,

How do water soluble vitamins work exacly? it's hard to describe what I actually mean, so I will make an example so you can view my point.

Ex. I take 100MG of B6(which is 5,000% more than the daily value) the body will dispose of 4,900% and stay with the limit, 100%.

Now, the 100 that the body accepted, what happens to it?

Here's my uneducated assumption, since all of it is water-soluble, and I drink water all day everyday shouldn't it all be dismissed in urine?

    -is it stored in fat?
-will it bind with certain receptors?
-if I drink Large amount of water, will it be dismissed prematurely?

    Thanks in advanced, Alex.
