    Helo dear all,
I would like to know the techniques I should practice and how to itnegrate LOA into meditation.
I have had many instances in life in which things happened as I desire them, and I later discovered that I was practicing many of the LOA techniques. As for meditation, I don't know how to do it.
if you want to send me anything on email, I will give it to you.
    thnx

    Lawrence of Arabia?
    Little Orphan Annie?
    Legion of the Apocalypse?

Hi msa50 and welcome to the community.

The Law of Attraction (LOA) is a technique in it's own right aside from meditation. I wouldn't consider trying to integrate LOA into the meditation practice itself aside from saying that you could state your intention to have a positive and beneficial meditation before you start the practice.

The LOA covers many aspects of attracting what you want in life, whether that relates to relationships, your job, socialising, attracting money etc. etc.

If you want to know how to meditate, simply download Michaels free "Discover Meditation" CD's from the main page (Project Meditation - Free meditation for everyone) and take time to listen to the course and practice.

Any questions feel free to ask.

    Hugs

    Giles

    What are?

The LoA and guided meditation can both help to manifest things and heal, but they are working slightly differently to achieve it.

    ;)

Ah I see what you mean.

No, the free "Discover Meditation" CD's are instructional CD's that take you through the technique of learning mantra based meditation in it's own right. Michael describes what you need to do and then guides you into the start of the meditation and then you meditate (in silence) for a period of time before a bell rings to indicate the end of the session etc. Take a listen and see. :)

The Guided Meditations are different as they are fully guided throughout to assist with specific issues. This is different to the mantra based meditation.

You could say that the guided meditations are using an outward focus or visualisation type of meditation, whereas the Discover Meditation is using a mantra based or inward meditation technique.

    Hugs

    Giles
