    I have ADHD, and my brain is constantly racing.
    When I started meditation, it was an amazing sensation, of just being quiet and observing. And had many benefits during the rest of my daily life.

    Although I hit a speed bump that I was unable to make any progress by myself.
    So comming to this site right away to get a few opinions, but wont do it here since this is intro =) (check it out if you have spare time)
