    Hi everybody,

    Just a quick post to introduce myself. I started meditation a few months ago on my own. I usually meditate about 30-40 minutes per day, with a big session just before breakfast and a couple of breaks during the day to keep stress at bay.

    Meditating mostly on my own, I'm glad to have found a community where everybody can share his or her experiences.
