    No Good Gift Goes Unrewarded

Thanks Michael so much for your generous spirit in creating the free course and your paid programs! I love the fact that people in this site are from all over the world.

I have been guided to do more contemplation and meditation and to be honest don't really know HOW I ended up here - I'm just glad I did.

I am going to start with your FREE course as I never did meditate with any knowledge or frequency. The few times I did I did notice enormous benefits in terms of flashes of insight I would receive later - NEVER in the session itself.

I look forward to learning your method and in about a month investing in your courses.

Thanks so much and I wish you a Happy & Prosperous 2009 - BTW I am writing this on January 1, 2009!

    with much gratitude

Being the new year I have made a promise to personally thank everyone in my life that has helped me deal with the many issues that I faced on a daily basis. Before I started this programme I had tried everything. My long suffering husband craig thought it was another fad( his words not mine) I have a history of child neglect, child abuse and sexual abuse. It lived with me daily I lived in fear though people meeting me for the first time thought I was confident and outgoing. Inside I was a total wreck. Nightmares haunted my sleep and i was forever tired. I trusted only one person my husband of 18 yrs.

Now all I can say after only being on lifeflow 8 Is BRING IT ON. The change is miraculous and I owe it all to you and the fact that you put this programme together. You made it simple to use and its so powerful you cant help doing it every day because i still dont know who I am yet. I have complete faith and what will be will be. What happens when I get to life flow 1 it makes me very excited. My husband never complains that i spend time meditating he says that he is now reaping the benefits.

    love and light to you

Dear Tinks, what a wonderful example of overcoming tragic situations. It is also inspiring for others who have suffered trauma to know how much you are enjoying and benefitting from LifeFlow. Bless you and I wish you an abundance of joy and happiness :) :) :)

First, I created my name as phineman, but would like to change it to BlueFlame. How do I do that?

Second, I have tried to meditate for over 30 years using the methods of Great Masters: Paramhansa Yogananda, Sri Kriyananda, Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, Pema Chodron and Cheri Huber to name a few.

I do understand the Way or Tao and am a constant spiritual practicer.

Before retirement, I taught much of the aforementioned materials.

    YET I STILL CANNOT MEDITATE!!!

My heart and I hope that Project Meditation will be the ONE.

    introduction and questions

Hello, I have just joined the forum and started the meditation with cd10 6 days ago. I am having some physical sensations that feel very good! I am looking forward to many more and to connecting with my higher self. I have done this before at the age of 4 1/2 completely out of the blue while I was out exploring on a beautiful first day of spring, blue sky, green green green trees and grass, light breeze, powerful sunlight. I was attracted to a small stream (snowmelt), when after looking at the perfectly smooth pebbles at the bottom of the stream I stood up and was immediately in a different place! It was a place of perfect peace, powerful and vast knowing, as if I was Beauty and I felt utterly blissful. I was in this state for long enough to recognize that I was somewhere that was far beyond my understanding but that it was REAL! I didn't tell anyone about this experience until I was 22 mostly because I couldn't really describe it.
Now I think I know what it was but I am curious why something like that would happen to me at such a young age, without either knowing anything about it and without any deliberate process of "getting" there? Any thoughts? Also how do I use the guided meditations...headphones? Will using these curtail the time I spend with the LF cd's? How many can I listen to per day? Thank you for this wonderful site, something I have been looking for for a long time, and thank you for your prompt answers and your patience!

    "Beautiful"

    rubytwo,
Thank you so much for sharing that "transcendent" experience you had at age 4 1/2. My heart was touched by your words. Sometimes it is difficult to find words to describe such an experience. The words you chose worked really well for me. I could get the "feel" of what you were saying. How beautiful!

    As to your question of:

"why something like that would happen to me at such a young age, without either knowing anything about it and without any deliberate process of "getting" there?

I'm not sure, but I think it may have something to do with "grace". One of my favorite writers, Thomas Merton, wrote the following on grace:

This free gift is “sanctifying grace.” It perfects our nature with the gift of a life, an intellection, a love, a mode of existence infinitely above its own level. If a man were to arrive even at the abstract pinnacle of natural perfection, God’s work would not even be half done: it would be only about to begin, for the real work is the work of grace and infused virtues and the gifts of the Holy Ghost.

What is “grace”? It is God’s own life, shared by us. God’s life is Love. Deus caritas est. By grace we are able to share in the infinitely selfless love of Him Who is such pure actuality that He needs nothing and therefore cannot conceivably exploit anything for selfish ends. Indeed, outside of Him there is nothing, and whatever exists exists by His free gift of its being, so that one of the notions that is absolutely contradictory to the perfection of God is selfishness. It is metaphysically impossible for God to be selfish, because the existence of everything that is depends upon His gift, depends upon his unselfishness.

(The Seven Storey Mountain pgs. 303-304)

A few years back, I discovered an amazing little booklet published in 1917 entitled "Twenty Minutes of Reality." In it a number of people relate experiences similar to the one you had at age 4 1/2. I don't know if you like reading. However, if interested in reading this booklet, you can find it posted on my blog at: Contemplative Remembrance: "Twenty Minutes of Reality"

Again, thank you so much for sharing, and welcome to this forum. I look forward to reading more of your posts. Take care. --Keith :)

    Twenty Minutes...

Thank you Montana Keith, that was wonderful!

I immediately went to your blog and read "Twenty Minutes of Reality" and it really answered my questions! It was so well written and described just what I felt. I ordered the booklet and a couple of others by the same woman because I would like to refer to it again and again.

I am not what most people think of as Christian, but it was through my experiences with religion that I came to find "Abraham". As I read Jerry and Esther Hicks book "Ask and It Is Given" I had profound experiences of recognition and now their books, which are "Abraham" teachings, are the ones that I refer to as my bibles. I really like their term Source Energy much better than God because I can "see" unconditional love. Many things they write about are reminiscent of some biblical ideas or teachings. For example, that we are all extensions of IT and that we therefore carry within us the essence of IT.

Two years ago, while I was driving down a small highway, (only one other car on the road at the time and quite far away), after I had finished reading Daniel Quinn's book "Ishmael" and "My Ishmael" and "Loving What Is" by Katie Byron, right in the middle of many worries about selling my house and my health, I had another powerful experience. It started with a kind of light bulb going off right above my head and immediately I was not in the here and now. There was no car, no road, no physical anything and I was again in that wonderful Bliss, only this time it was accompanied with a tremendous feeling of Freedom. And I had what some would call a "vision". I was running up a hill, wearing something like an animal skin and came to a clearing where I immediately held up my hands, one towards the sky with my palm up and open, the other sort of encompassing everything around me which was lush and beautiful, with a feeling of exhilaration and a huge smile on my face. In that moment I KNEW that I could have anything I wanted. After that I suddenly came back to earth and realized that I hadn't moved even a little bit, it had all happened so fast.

For a couple of weeks after that I simply felt elated and kept reminding myself that I could have anything I wanted and that the exhilaration that I felt when I recognized this was somehow important. Then I crashed back into the same old thoughts of somehow trying to hold on to that freedom while still living in such a rule oriented culture.

About 6 months after that someone showed me an Abraham book and that's when I felt that powerful RECOGNITION.

I feel like I have been "led" to this wonderful new information and now I am just beginning to understand the importance of emotions and most of all that I my Self am a Creator, just as IT is.

One more thing, right after that first experience at the age of 4 1/2, my whole like turned into a real snarly mess, with parents divorcing, abandonment, moving all around the world with my sociopathic father, a lot of culture shock on returning to the States and the beginning of serious health problems. I think having that experience helped me through all that, reminding me that there really was another REALITY to my life and even now I find that simply by appreciating my wonderful experiences, I somehow CONNECT with ALL-THAT-IS.
Hope it was Ok to go on like this...I can get carried away!

Again I want to thank you for responding so fast and for helping me to make some sense of it all! I appreciate all that you said and look forward to more connection!

    rubytwo,
I am so pleased that the stories in the booklet "Twenty Minutes of Reality" spoke to you. I get the impression that you are very much a "spirit person". I love reading of your--I don't know if this is the right word, but it "feels" pretty close--shamanistic experiences.

Thank you so much for your willingness to share such wonderful and sacred experiences here. I wish you joy and peace this day. --Keith :)

    Hello

    Hi Peps,

i have just joined the LifeFlow site, I have in the past listened to Holsync for a while, but the expense of continuing and me searching for something more, effective and more holistic in practice led me to read about lifeflow meditation technology and how this works. I really like that fact that this technology can practiced with or without headphones and the different frequencies that it ulitilises and obiviously the cost, makes this techonology much more accessible to me, in these times of financial cutbacks. I am a Silva method practioner, which i listen to and apply daily now, for a period of about 2 months.

My intention, is to develop my mind to a much better, healhier level, so that i can go on learning and creating more possibilies for not only my own needs, but so that i can bring the best out of me in employment, life and to help others.

I have recently suffered, with work induced stress and I am in the process of holding a grievance hearing against my Line-manager and service manager.

My hobbies include personal development, reading; cinema, socialising and martial arts

    Hello

    Hi Peps,

I'm new here to this forum and would like to say a big hello to everyone and show my gratitude to Michael.

I have in the past meditated, using different Martial Art/Buddhist/Taoist ,plus Centrepointe Holosycn and Silva methods. I still practice alot of the Silva Methods and enjoy them, but i found the Centrepointe holosycn products very expensive and i wondered, if i really was gaining anything in return.
With the Silva mind methods, I can honestly say, that i am making progress.

What draws me to your Life flow meditation: firstly is the way the technology of the sounds frequencies, are directed towards both the body and brain, plus how these can be applied using either headphones or through just the speakers. This makes much more sense to me and is more applicable for use.

I am hoping that by utilising your life force meditational technology, that i can further develop and expand on my minds capabilities: health and general wellbeing

    All the best
