    Hi Folks,

I wonder if you can help me with this ?

I got a loan of a mindspa from a friend 6 months ago.
I used it once as it left me with a headache and feeling nauseus.

Now, I've just started Pat Carringtons 'Learn to Meditate' and after my first meditation, I have a headache and feel nauseus again.

I don't have these symptoms during the meditation but afterwards.
    Immediately afterwards.

    What does this mean ?
or is meditation not for me ?

    Thanks,

    Rob

    What are you being instructed?

I have unlocked Discover meditation and LifeFlow 10 for you.

It could be one of many things causing this feeling including mis-information from your current tutor, mis-understanding a fundamental, it could also be posture or any number of things.

I don't know of the techniques you have been using. This makes it difficult to know what you are being instructed to do.

I suggest you download 'discover meditation' and listen to the introduction and start off with small meditations as the CD's suggest.

I am more than happy to answer any questions on my courses. I know these are successful techniques that get results and teach you what you need to know step-by-step.

    Michael :)

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks.
It was a standard mantra technique I believe. Tapes and a book.
My posture was good. I didn't have any caffeine, booze or food.
    Setting was relaxing.

The mindspa thing was lights and noise.

The feeling from both is the same though. This is what I don't understand.

That was 5 hours ago now.
I've been to the gym and I'm feeling a little better.
The headache seems to be behind my eyes.

I'll need to have a think about what to do.
