Finished the free course

    Wow! LOVE IT! What i love about it is that it is so SIMPLE to do! i have been doing 10 minute meditations so far.

    My primary reason for wanting to meditate and use LifeFlow is for health reasons. Dr. Weil said that you can abuse your body when you're in your 20s and 30s but that it catches up with you in your 40s and 50s and yes, I can say that's true!

    Besides the usual "mind chatter" i have a very active mind - a mind that likes to think about concepts and apply them. So the "rest" of meditation is a perfect balance to all this brain busyness. another great resources called mental relaxation "peace of mind." i never thought of it like that but it is true! no worries.

    The meditation technique is great and so easy to do whether you use a mantra, breathe, or icon. the programs simple and to the point. loved the music at the end as well.

    2009 has started off right away for me. God has led me towards things I really need to be doing at this point in my life like eating better, taking better care of my body, and becoming who i was meant to be all along.

    I found this free course on new year's day! i had set a goal to get the next level of holosync in the first quarter of this year - and have met that goal already - but not with holosync, but lifeflow. I will probably be buying the first level of the product this week as some extra money came in that was unexpected. i feel that the holosync really freed me up from alot of negative thoughts and patterns and i want to continue that work. But now I can do it with a much better product! i also look forward to the creative and learning disks.

    Last night I did not sleep well due to the fact that it was very cold here in Tucson AZ. We have blood that is thinner than water so you really feel it when the temperature drops. as well, i let the catties stay with me and they usually wake me up early.

    so i got up and into a great relaxation chair and put the headphones onto my lifeflow sample and listened to that for awhile (on repeat). then i meditated for 20 minutes, and then did an affirmation session on self-esteem. i feel much better and am glad i have these tools to help when sleep is dear.
