Hello! First post. I started reading The Power of Now this week for the first time. Whenever I try to "watch the thinker" I feel a tingle at the top of my skull. Its like energy is gathering inside my head whenever I try to do that meditation. One time in bed I really felt like I was drawing something up from my spine into the skull. I'm very afraid of this as it seemes to be staying there all the time now. The tingle has been getting stronger every time I meditate and feels like a slight pressure inside my skull now. Is this normal? Is it supposed to feel this way? I'm loving the meditation, it gives me some pause from my chatterbox of a mind but I'm very afraid of this pressure thing. Is there a way to release it? I'm a complete beginner at meditation and never done anything like this.
