In just 2 weeks I feel calmer when things happen. Instead of freakin out when I broke a vase yesterday I just cleared it away and carried on painting. This is so good because I have always gotten irritable and angry at myself until now. Just finished decorating the bedroom and noticed how relaxed i felt instead of rushing to finish it. Am feeling happier and calmer than i have in a long time and it feels soooo gooood :D Am luvin lifeflow 10 Michael, thanks and best wishes to you, Merlin

I can mirror those feelings. Im quite a new starter and the biggest thing to go within a very short space of time with LF10 is the anger Id get from time to time for no good reason at all.

I can feel this evapourating more and more, so that in itself is a brilliant outcome from using LF. It will be interesting to see what the other levels bring....

That's ok Merlin, there's no need to post often if you don't want to, although it is good to hear that you're still making good progress with Lifeflow and it's being of benefit to you. Perhaps you should let your bro have a go with it himself and see how he gets on. ;)

    Hugs

Life Flow compared to Insight CD's

    Hi,

I just started Life Flow 10. Gentle on my mind and feels so good. Insight CD's are binaural and feel relaxing while listening to them. But afterward for hours and days after, it feels as if my brain has been "chopped up" or been through an egg beater. It's uncomfortable to me.
So I plan to send their CD's back, as I've found something so much better in Life Flow. I'm convinced this is the best current program on the market in BWE. I really like it a lot.
Thanks so much. How often can I listen to this program in a day? 2 times or more? Take care. Del.

Hi delbertb2 and welcome to Project Meditation.

Meditation itself is usually recommended to be done twice a day (the length of time for each meditation will depend on how experienced you are, so starting at about 10 minutes and building up to 20 or 30 minutes over a few months is usual).

With Lifeflow, it is designed to be used optimally during meditation so the general answer would be twice a day, however there shouldn't be a problem with listening to the tracks at other times of the day too, although you may want to avoid listening whilst driving or operating machinery etc. (i.e. the usual precautions).

    Hugs

    Giles
