Well apparently EnlightenQ seems to be a sort of breath technique that either lets you slip into meditation every single time almost immediately. Sounds helpful for those who are struggling.

"EnlightenQ provides a way for immediate and consistent feedback, not just once in a while, but whenever we sit to practice. It uses very specific and clearly recognizable cues generated from within our own consciousness, relieving us from the need for a master or anyone else to provide us external feedback."-EnlightenQ site

This I don't understand. Specific recognizable clues generated from our consciousness, how does that work??

But could be well true! Tomorrow we´ll see.

LOL!, not "clues", but "cues", as in a signal or flag i.e. some cue to start something. It's a phrase perhaps most commonly used in TV and film production, or in the phrase "right on cue". ;)

IMHO it was a little strange/disappointing that the sample was more of a product description that something I could try out, but I know where your coming from Chris. The description suggested to me that the product (not a used technique) can monitor a persons consciousness for these mental cues, sounds quite far fetched - but then again I'm only basing these comments on my imagination :p. Maybe that mind helmet I posted isn't too far off the mark .... if so it'd be worth getting just to see the delivery mans face, it would add a bit more amusement to change the name of the recipient to be Professor Charles Xavier :D (little Xmen pun).

So in summary, I'm definitely intrigued product but you could I'd like to have some, ahem - clues about the cues .

Only about 1 and a 1/4 days to go now :)

    Cheers, Paul

PS: I guess all uses for the word cue should be considered, else you could end somewhat Snookered - Boom, Boom! (don't worry, I know that was rubbish , I just couldn't resist, I've got my coat and the cabs on the way......:D)

I don't know for sure, but the description mentioned being able to slip into a state of meditation within one or two breaths. Looking back, that could've been used as a unit of time, but I perceived it as being a breath technique. Maybe not.

Regardless, it's nice to know more about it. I'm curious about how the "Q" technique is done. I wonder if Michael will make it cost something to learn it (though that would probably be pointless because information like that would spread very quickly).

I hope it is far more than the repackaging of the HeartMath pulse detector, which also makes similar claims and has been around for about five years. It's called the emWave. Google it.

The pace of technological innovation is incredible, far too quick for me to keep up with it would seem  :).

Now you mention it I can remember Panthau investigating a toy that used a similar type of thing, impressive stuff.

Only a few hours until the mystery is revealed :D.

Whatever enlightenq is my lovely wife is waiting with credit card at the ready as I will be working. We have kept the evening free so we can check it out immediately. If Michael Mackenzie's name is attached to it that is good enough for me NY

It's an audio programme like LifeFlow is, not a physical product. This from their T&C on the preview site:

"The user of the audio MP3 recordings from EnlightenQ.com ..."
