Actually I wrote an article on the website of one of our forum members, D. James Albert, better known as Darren for those who have read one of his posts ( they are the long ones :p ).

He helped me out with a problem I had concerning worries, and he did this so well, I wrote him an article for his website.

And he was happy to post it :)

check it out if you are interested:

    Superb

    Excellent, excellent article Edwin!

My step-father has been consumed with worrying for a stretch of time now. I printed out your article for him (does not own a computer).

Many thanks as it may help him start to see a "way out" of his "weight of worry".

    take care :):)

Great article Edwin. It reinforces all that I have learned. The ideas you give for over coming the worry are great. While reading I went through a bunch of old worries that have been looping and they are gone already.

I'm glad I know what worry is now. Thanks.

    thanks Guys !

Seatrend, please let me know if it helps your father in law. It would mean a great deal to me to know that I would be able to help someone with this realisation I had.

And now I realise that I might have called this method something corny, you know, like "sedona method" or anything and use it to earn a lot of money :p

just kidding guys, I love the Sedona method

How about calling it "Three Steps to Worry-Free Living"? No, that has "worry" in the product name, so that's no good..."Three Easy Steps to Calm and Clarity." Nah, too long...How about "The Edwin Method"? Hmm...not snappy enough (sorry, Edwin!).

Great article, Edwin, and thanks so much for calling it to our attention. D. James, thanks for giving Edwin the space in your forum. You guys are changing lives every day.

Geez, now my work brain is in gear and I'm going to be obsessing about product names even though it's not really a product...but it could be, it could be!

    Great article Edwin. Very informative.

    The three steps are:

    A) Identify
    B) Analyze
    C) Action.

Most people obsessed with worry always forget the last step. They become frozen in the analytical stage and obsess over whatever it is they are worrying about.
Glad to here you've gotten beyond it. It can be a killer! Literally!!
    Good on Ya' Edwin,

    gus

I'm so pleased for you Edwin and well done!!! You continually help others with your posts here and deserve true peace of mind :) :)

I used to be a dreadful worrier - so much so that if one of the family were unusually late, I would have gone through the funeral in my mind

"How to stop worrying and start living" by Dale Carnegie was a complete revelation to me and changed my way of life immensely.

I am going to make the time to re-read this book and also Darrens to enable me to be of help in this area that cripples so many lives, steals dreams and is indeed a savage killer. I wish you an abundance of peace, joy, happiness and inspiring writings :) :) :)

Thanks for the link, i read it and i liked it.

Most of my times, im just too lazy to do things like that, even if they make me feel better. Maybe im not ready yet, to free my mind of some things. Or...im just too lazy *lol*

On the other side...if it would be important for me, i wouldnt be lazy.

    Thanks a lot for sharing

    Hi Edwin:
Thanks a lot for sharing this document with us. A great help for anyone who has read it. Could you please share how you did your visualization process, i think that is one important part to find a way out but some people like me have sometimes a hard time doing it right .
I am really glad you found a way out, you deserve it.

    Thanks a lot for sharing,

    Hi Marina,

I think it would help if you would try to find the posts in this forum made by D. James Albert.
He is the author of the book " The Realization System " and he gave some very good pointers in the visualisation process.

The topic you want to look for is "MindBeat" :)
