Download link expired before I could download

    Is there a way to get a download from a previous month? I was traveling and could not download it. Now I can't seem to get it. I have sent a message to support, but haven't heard back. Hopefully, someone here can help.

    please be assured, you will have or be sent a link from support so that you can download whatever you could not download while travelling. You may need to check your spam just in case your reply has gone there :)

    Support are always really helpful and I imagine you will have already been contacted - please contact support or post if you need any further help and I wish you much peace and joy :) :) :)
