I know that sharp and concentrated mind can do miracles. At this time I'am looking for some advices how to concentrate on very specific thing during meditation? Maybe there is a good technique? In meditation your thoughts dissapear and you reach higher, non resistant state and I want to use that to make my life better.
    Thanks for any advices.

    Hmmm, a tricky question.

In meditation your thoughts don't actually disappear, they are still there arising within mind. During successful meditation your attachment to the thoughts ceases and the thoughts just pass by... you will be aware of them, but not get attached to them.

As you continue your meditation practice, your ability to become aware and present increases, and this will flow through into your day to day life whilst you're not practicing meditation. This will happen naturally. If you "try and use it" then you will most certainly fail to do so.

The only advice I can give to help keep your focus during a focused meditation is to keep practicing, and as you notice your focus detract to the thoughts, bring it back again to the focus. With time it will become easier.
