Hi I am going to change my college and transfer abroad this year. I really don't like the college where I am currently going but don't want to give out negative vibrations. I am going to definitely transfer to my dream college but I have to study here for atleast 4 more months. So with what attitude should I go to college now? Should I see it as a temporary transition to my dream college and give it love for that? Because I'm having a really tough time with this! I get panic attacks as soon as I enter the college here! It would be wonderful if I could get some answers from you guys. Thanks!

Hi Calmmonk and welcome to the community :)

sounds like you have an exciting adventure ahead of you and it's great that you are looking forward to the new change.

For now, you could accept that where you are is only temporary and deal with just one day at a time because that's all that any of us can do. There will always be challenges (this gives us the opportunity to grow)

You could try some deep comfortable breathing into your diaphragm before you go to college each morning for about 15 minutes. You could also download the free 14 minute LifeFlow demo and play this while doing your deep breathing - it will also act as a timer for you too.

Hope this helps, let us know how you progress and wish you much peace and joy :) :) :)
