    Hi,

I live in Mexico and want to know if there is a Spanish Lifeflow program or if someone who doesn't speak English can still get all the benefits.

    Thank you very much.

Hi AngelMendez and welcome to the Project Meditation community.

For the Lifeflow tracks themselves, these do not contain any spoken word so they are ok for anybody to use regardless of their language. You can listen to the tracks while meditating or at other times.

The "Discover Meditation" free CD's you can download at the top, do have Michael giving instructions on meditation in English. I'm not sure if he's produced any versions of those CD's in other languages, but maybe one of the admin support team will be able to answer that for you.

    Hugs

    Giles

Hi ANGELMENDEZ and welcome to the community :)

just wondering if you are asking the question for others because your English is very good :)

Perhaps it would be a good idea for anyone with other languages to put a request in here so that support can see it.

Wishing you an abundance of peace and joy :) :) :)
