The most important thing to know about meditation is how to meditate. It is also important, I suppose to know why you should meditate, but in the first place you must know what to do. The Lifeflow approach is an excellent resource in answering this basic question. But once you have the Lifeflow knowledge and approach (or any other approach that resonates with you for that matter), to truly learn to meditate, all you need to do is allocate 20 minutes each day and just show up and be still, in silence. Simple, yet truly profound.
