I'm Euan. I've just signed up today. Hope all are well!
Just a little about why i joined this forum...
I've recently moved to a new (hot) country and i've been having a little trouble meditating...
I'm originally from the UK where i was still quite a novice at meditating, but there, i was able to wake up early and usually for 10 minutes before going off to work.
Now i've moved to Taiwan, i have been here for over a month but i havent yet started working.
I found it harder to meditate in the hotter climate of Taiwan. Also, since i havent started working yet i think that the lack of routine makes it harder for me to concentrate.
Does anyone have any advice or tips about these things?
