Hi,
I am new to this forum as well as being new to the world of meditation and relaxation techniques. I'm slowly starting to learn about Chakras and breathing techniques etc, but I have a real problem in focusing my mind away from constant thoughts racing; I wonder if anyone has any good tips on this?
Also, I'm not sure if this is the right part of the forum to post it, but does anyone know where I can find online good audio - I have "relaxing sounds" etc but I am having trouble finding audio like "imagine yourself floating in the water" type stuff (something I can visualize to focus my mind), as this works well for me?
I appreciate any good tips and this seems like a good forum to use! Thanks!
