Hello everyone.
I've tried Meditation before, a few times ,but always got side tracked by lifes distractions. Hopefully, starting listenining to the entrainment programme, will help me keep on track.
I've listened to the 'Discover meditation' CD's, which were very helpfull. Now I've listened to Lifeflow 10 for a couple of days, for about 30-40 minutes at a time, but I find myself struggling to stay awake. Can anybody tell me if this is normal? Or what am I doing wrong?
