Newbie
Hello everyone! I'm fairly new to meditation, as in I've tried before but never stuck with it. I've been doing a morning meditation every morning for 10 days and then listening to the Life Flow demo.
I love it! It's so simple. I always found it so hard to clear my mind, then I would think I was doing something wrong or just not doing something right, become frustrated and give up.
Thanks to this forum I now know that I was trying too hard and it doesn't have to be hard to work. I'm so much calmer, I'm starting to enjoy my life again and I have more energy. This is in 10 days!
I just want to say thank you to Michael Mckenzie and everyone that participates on this forum, for helping me understand something so simple could make such a huge difference in my life.
I have so many questions, I'll see you on the board!
