I recently downloaded the Lifeflow 10 CD, and I have listened to it once or twice. The background music is quite pleasant.

The instructions say that it can be listened to on regular speakers. Do I have to close my eyes and say the mantra in my head while listening to it over speakers?

Also, is it necessary to say the mantra in my head while listening to it with headphones?

Can any regular standard type of headphone be used?
