Hi Stryker Ridge and welcome.
My name is Ross and I’m fairly new here as are many. I hope you find that using Life Flow promotes or enhances the positive results you get from meditation. Is there a particular type or practice of meditation that you find most beneficial? I ask because I work as a volunteer caregiver and several of the people that I assist suffer from FM. We do meditation and Reiki and I’m always interested in anything that can provide even a small bit of relief.
