Hi Im New. Im From Montana. I Have Been Useing Medatation For A Long Time Now. I Have Fibromyalgia And Chronic Fatuige And Now Lupus. Medatation Has Been Great For Me. It Really Helps Stress And Panic Attacs And Just Fealing Sick. It Gives Your Mind And Body A Brake From All Of The Daily Issues I Have... Looking Forwards To Being Here. Blessing.

Hi Stryker Ridge and welcome.

My name is Ross and I’m fairly new here as are many. I hope you find that using Life Flow promotes or enhances the positive results you get from meditation. Is there a particular type or practice of meditation that you find most beneficial? I ask because I work as a volunteer caregiver and several of the people that I assist suffer from FM. We do meditation and Reiki and I’m always interested in anything that can provide even a small bit of relief.

This is a positive and supportive community and I look forward to reading your posts and comments.

Welcome Stryker,
I hope you get much relief from your meditations. I know I have a much better outlook since I began the Lifeflow system. I think some of it is because of the CD's work on the brain and some of it is because Lifeflow has taken me beyond where I was. I seemed to be stagnated or moving very slowly before I found Lifeflow. The Cd seems to have allowed me to go beyond some type of emotional barrier that seemed fear based. It all boiled down to fear for me.
