Red face Question about mp3 format

Hello everyone,

I am new here but not new in this kind of meditation program and I was wondering if the mp3 format is efficient for this kind of "music".

I asked Holosync if I could still have good quality in the tracks if I ripped them into mp3 and they told me it was better to use WAV which is lossless.

I can see here that all is downoadable in mp3, so what about the quality?

Thank for letting me know.

L.
