Hello all,
Just discovered this site by accident after researching different mediation techniques. After I listened to the free track I was immediatly hooked and Im just about to pay for the subscription for all the levels.
I just have some questions regarding Human Growth hormone and its supposed increase with this program. I train at the gym a lot and like every other "bodybuilder" you get tempted to try synthetic growth hormones but we all know that they can have horrible side effects. Anyway, when I read that going into delta brainwaves through meditation releases more growth hormones It just sounded to good to be true. I'm just curious if theres any more scientific backup or studies to prove this and also how I would go about to maximise these effects through lifeflow meditation. I understand that there are 10 levels but Im not really clear on which ones get you into delta "mode".
