Hi all! I just joined the forum. I'm looking forward to learning more about meditation. I've been going through some hard moments in the past months, which led me to a mild depression and very low self esteem. Now I'm trying to 'get back up' and get over these feelings and practicing meditation seems like a good starting point

Hi Sweet_girl and welcome to the community
You can download the free meditation course displayed at the top left of the community. Look forward to hearing how you progress and wish you much peace and joy
P.S. Here's a link which explains both meditation and entrainment very clearly - it has helped many people here:-

Just started
Hi everyone
I'm Paula, from the UK. I finally ordered Lifeflow after thinking about it for months. I've spent so much money on this kind of thing I was hesitant at first. I've tried Holosync, it was good but so expensive! And I just stopped doing it for some reason.
I listened to CD10 last night and the night before and have a really weird anxious feeling for a good part of it. I expect this will wear off. I'm pretty good at sitting blank, observing the list of thing I "Should" be doing and worries I apparently "should" be having according to my inner mental torturer.
Looking forward to settling in with it and reading your experiences on this forum.
Paula

new here, hello all
been on a spiritual path for a while but i always feel i could be doing more to get to where i want to be
meditate sporatically, tai chi on the weekends, attempting to get a yoga program going
i spend a lot of time just living the moment and percieving as much as i can in my surroundings
everyone have a wonderful now
