Welcome
Many of us meditate more than once a day - in the morning and in the evening.
It is fine to use Lifeflow more than once a day.
Some words of caution, though:
meditating too much at the beginning can lead to overwhelm, so shorter sessions are best at first.
many of us also meditate without Lifeflow as well as with it. All techniques and aids are just tools to help us to get into the meditative state.
