Default Hi

Hi everyone. I'm Mike from the UK. Recently started trying to meditate but feel I need some guidance and without really knowing where to go I decided to check online and found this place.
I've been studying Wing Chun for almost a year now and on the back of that I have been delving into the world of Taoism and have found it very fulfilling so I wanted to explore it was far as it goes.

I'm really looking for advice on how to meditate, how long for, what I should be doing etc. I'd be really open to any information anyone has.

Hi Mike and welcome to the Project Meditation community.

I'll second Karmoh and say that you can't go wrong by downloading the free Discover Meditation cd's. Michaels instructions on them are easy to follow and clear, but if you have any specific questions, then of course feel free to ask on the forums and there's plenty of people here to advise.

Hugs

Giles
