HELLO am new at this.
Am in the UK Cheshire and have just found I use my left Brain so am looking fwd's to learning lots.

We all use our left brains as well as our right brains - though one hemisphere is often more dominant than the other and it is usually the left one as that deals with all the verbal, logical practical aspects of life. The right brain is more intuitive and creative.
If you have downloaded the free meditation from Michael you will be helping the right and left brains to work together.
