Hi everyone,
My names Danny, Ive been practicing meditation on and off for the past 2.5 yrs- Ive had positive experiences and saw its value but always found it a struggle to continue everyday. Now that I seem to have more free time,my interest in meditation/buddhism is becoming more significant

. Also, Im dedicating myself & looking for real growth from now on, (I been going just about everyday for about a month, and fairly often in the month before then)
My GOALs of practice: Trying to grow: compassion, non-attachment, selflessness, fearlessness, wisdom, muscle definition
... OK. now I know when you meditate you should not go in with a goal or expectation, but Long-term is different im pretty sure the goals should be expected to some degree. right?
just a little about me:
...Other Interests: skateboarding/longboards, meditation/buddhism, volleyball, outdoors, music, guitar playing (about 6 yrs- on&off), audiophile (hifi-speaker/headphones), plugs/gauges
