Hello,
I am new here and also new to meditation. About a month ago I began Qigong exercises and have found them to be extremely helpful for health and stress purposes. I found this site while Googling for Qigong meditation information and have listened to the first couple of sessions of the free download. I was so relaxed on the first cd that I nearly fell over

Anyway I have been enjoying them and I am looking forward to finishing them and reading the discussions on this forum.
