Hi shiladitya and welcome to the community,
although I have not suffered from anxiety and high blood pressure, I did experience so many sleepless nights for years and used to be "a real worrier" Regular LifeFlow meditation has completely changed my life, mentally, physically and spiritually. I now enjoy a good night's restful sleep once again which makes such a difference to each day
I have realised how I was creating my reality both internally and externally and through regular meditation have changed my perspective dramatically by observing and letting go of some deep suppressed emotions I didn't realise I had. I can now see how much these held me back in life. Life is so much more enjoyable now, whether food tastes more delicious or never feeling too full, because I always know when I have had just sufficient, solving problems and making decisions easily - just being present, feels so alive and good.
