Looking for experiences

Hi everyone,

I am from Canada ( Quebec) so I usually speak French, but I will try to be understandable

I used to do a lot of meditation, but I want to share my experience and hear about yours, because alone it's not always easy to keep going. Thank you

Hello all. I am just finding my way round. I am from Yorkshire, England, not that that is any reason, I just wished to say hello and get to know you all. I started meditation with disk 10 in January and am now waiting for disk 9 to become available - or do I just request it? I use the download facility.

Hi EJP, (you're not too far North of me in Staffordshire)

If you've signed up for the downloads, you will receive an email when the next download is available for you. This is monthly, unless you specifically arranged otherwise, so perhaps you missed the email or it ended up in your junk mail folder or something.

You should find if you go to the main community page:

http://www.project-meditation.org/community/

And click on the Lifeflow Dowload Center (here's a direct link Project Meditation - Download Center) you can log in with your email address and you'll be able to download your latest track from there.

If you experience problems with that or number 9 isn't there, then I would suggest raising a helpdesk ticket using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page and the admin team will sort it out for you (occasionally someone has a glitch and the admin team sort it out).
