It sounds rather simple, but this is one of the biggest tips anyone can give about meditation.

A meditation every day, even for 10 minutes on those days that you are very busy, on your lunch break, a toilet visit when ever you have some just 10 minutes on busy days, or on less busy days, preferrably 20 to 30 minutes when you are just starting...

Make a meditation session a day as needed as eating and sleeping.

No excuses, you are doing it to help yourself
