Hello everyone!
I finaly decide to write here. I have suffered social anxiety and low self esteem all of my life. And my goal is to learn to live my life free and happy and not so that anxiety rule my life. I have try manykind of things: hypnosis, therapy and books. I have allready use meditation allmoust year. It has helped me i have quit smoking and i'v been more happy. Anxiety is'nt also so bad anymore but still it bothers me. I have learn that first you have to accept yourself. Some books are also intresting, now i'm reading eckhart tolle's a new earth. It's very good!
