Default Hello everyone!

I finaly decide to write here. I have suffered social anxiety and low self esteem all of my life. I have try manykind of things to stop anxiety for example hypnosis and therapy. My goal is that anxiety and other negative things don't rule my life anymore and i can live free and happy life. I have allready use meditation allmoust year now. I have seen positive results: i quit smoking and i have been more happy. I think human mind is very intresting, it's more powerful than many people think. I also like to read books, which can help me and gives me new point of views. Now i'm reading eckhart tolle's book a new earth. It's very intresting.

Welcome to the LF forums, i wish you a good time here!

Its certainly not bad to try meditation, to free oneself from the thoughts-jail. Instant results are common, but dont forget that the real & lasting results come from long term meditation. So keep on going

Same scene here with me,
can you please suggest me a very beginner level book.
Because i am in figuring out phase.

Eckhart Tolle´s books are one of the best ive ever read, so i can suggest them to you without a doubt. Regarding meditation theres this thread where some books are recommended.
