Default Hi all members
Hi
I am Ivana but somebody has already my name so I made little change to Ivanka. I am 45 Czech living in the UK. I do meditation but to be honest I try meditate. I am going to Vipassana 10 dayes course this month.

Hello Ivana,

Welcome to the community. I was also born in Europe. Now I live in sunny Queensland Australia (not that sunny this year).

Have you tried the free download course Discover Meditation from this site? If not, I highly recommend you should give it a try.
