Getting Started
Hello Everyone!
I just began meditating a little under a month ago, and I'm already seeing the benefits. Just like other things in life, I'm beginning to understand that the challenge is in being consistent, and making time for meditation.
Overall, I feel more positive, my patience has increased, as well as many other benefits that I can't think of right now.
I look forward to hearing from you all and learning more about meditation and it's benefits.
