Default should I start over

I did discover meditation and started Life flow, but have not been consistent

should I start over with 10 for 2 months and can you make any suggestions on being consistent. I'm having trouble. I have so many negatives in my life right now. However, I'm looking forward to getting better

Hi ncb375 and welcome to the community

yes, it's a good idea to start again. Remember, even 10-15 minutes a day accumulates benefits over time.

I know it can seem hard to motivate yourself when there are many negatives in your life, still if you can create this little habit, it will make such a difference to you.

If you work at a computer you can play Creative Flow quietly in the background and this takes no extra time at all from your day.

Here's something that can really help you too - write down all the things that you appreciate about your life (I understand that when times are tough you may not feel like doing this) and feel really thankful for them.

All the tough times I went through in the past (and trust me, there were many) helped shape the person I am today. I remember struggling emotionally and financially and at times I even felt almost worthless. I had no idea that this was just my perspective at the time.

I read something at the time that questioned the following:-

would I give up the sight of one eye for 100,000 or a limb or my hearing?

of course I wouldn't and I'm sure you wouldn't either. I wouldn't trade these priceless gifts for any amount of money. Still, the question did help me to realize how valuable I actually was.

Feeling grateful is part of my daily routine and I highly recommended it recently in the following thread:-

True Happiness

I hope this helps you. Look forward to hear how you progress and wish you much peace and joy
