Default Finally getting in here to introduce myself

Hi all,

I've been using the Lifeflow 10 and got 9 about a week ago. Great stuff! As I moved to the new CD I must have stirred up some stuff though, because I got grumpy and sick. (It's slowly passing, but I'm a bit worried that I'm going to run up against this every time.)

Anyone else have this happen? What did you do?

Cheers,
Ann

Hi Ann
It's best not to assume that stuff will come up, though it might.

The way I look at it is that if there are unhelpful patterns - emotional knots - it's better to have them rise to the surface where we can deal with them. If we ignore them, they can make us even sicker.

Just observe the grumpiness with as much detachment as you can and know that it'll pass. When you witness an emotion without logging on, a lot of insight about yourself can emerge. But do this with love and compassion for yourself , knowing that you're growing. And give yourself time to work things through if anything does emerge. All in Divine Order and Divine Time.

Check out Eckhart Tolle. He gives a good perspective on how it all works. There's also quite a bit on the forum about how people deal with whatever they experience. Hale Dwoskin's The Sedona Method (book or audio program), EFT (free online info) come to mind. Michael has a lot as well.

There are plenty of people on the forum with a ton of experience. Just keep checking in and you'll get lots of support. You're part of the LFlow family!

Welcome Sister!

Smile Welcome Ann

Hi Ann,
I am at LF10 with plan to either extend my "every level" target of 60 days to 90 days or decide to move on to LF9 as you have just done.
Thank you for the mention of your experience (with the resulting guidance from experienced meditators on the forum) as it will help me as I move on as well.

welcome again from Canada

take care

jim
