Default Hello

Thank you Giles i have bin wishing to join this Forum ever sins i started my practice last Monday,i noticed this thread holds a vast amount of wisdom only if one is willing to observe and listen.
I was wondering if anyone else in the forum here uses the (Follow your breath) technique.

There are definitely some here who meditate by following the breath. I've done it that way when I've been to buddhist meditation classes as they use that technique as well as contemplative meditation, but in my own daily practice, I find that mantra based meditation works more effectively.

Hugs
Giles
