i have a question i just bought the cds and i would like to rip them to my itunes to listen to my ipod. Not long ago i bought holosync prologue and i found out that their format is FLAC. they told me if i rip them it would lose the benefits, but now i gave up on holosync and i found that that even the demo works much better for me. my question is in what format lifeflow is? and if i comvert it to mp3 do i still get the same benefits? thank you very much!!
